Project Management
HOJ Engineering’s project management team has many years of experience in a full range of industries and system types. Installations include conventional, hybrid, and fully automated systems for small fulfillment to very large distribution centers and manufacturing operations. We pride ourselves in our ability to understand the customer’s requirements and provide the system on schedule and under budget. Our project manager is responsible for the implementation of the project and is the single point of contact to the customer’s team.
Microsoft Project is used to monitor the implementation schedule and allocate resources throughout the project. Each step in the schedule and each dependency plotted to assure that issues are resolved and commitments keep. The project management process includes:
- The project managers develops and allocates the budget for each activity and resource
- Developing a project schedule that correlates to the expected costs of each activity
- Verifies the system drawings and monitors each activity to assure quality of the installation
- Responsible for each HOJ team in meeting system milestones
- Supervises safety training and assures that each activity is completed in a safe accident free environment
- Attends all project site meeting to maintain coordination with other contractor activities
- Manages and conducts operator training requirements.
